BEFORE CARE: These are crucial instructions that must be read carefully.
It is mandatory for clients to inform us if they have received Permanent Makeup from any other source prior to scheduling an appointment. In case you have received Permanent Makeup elsewhere and fail to inform us, we reserve the right to decline service and may advise removal. This would result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.
Hair-strokes/microblading cannot be done on previously tattooed eyebrows, however, we may be able to work with existing work as long as it is light or faded enough. In such cases, clients are required to provide photos prior to booking an appointment.
Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding are not eligible for Permanent Makeup during that time. It is recommended to wait for 1-2 months after you stop breastfeeding so that hormone levels can return to normal. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Botox should be done either 2 weeks prior to or 2 weeks after your scheduled procedure.
Fillers should be done 6 weeks prior to or 6 weeks after your scheduled procedure.
Swelling is a normal outcome of all procedures, but the extent of swelling may differ from client to client. Ice can be applied to the treated area if necessary. Dry skin, itching, and tenderness are common after the procedure and will fade gradually over time. The color may fade or soften by up to 30% or more, and the follow-up appointment will enhance any area that has faded too much. It's important to note that you may need to have a color boost every 1-2 years to maintain its fresh appearance.
Clients who spend a lot of time in the sun, have oily skin, use anti-aging creams, Retinol products, natural elements, regular chemical peels, or exercise frequently may need to have a color boost every 6 months to 1 year. Taking proper care of the treated area will result in longer-lasting results.
General Rules for All Procedures:
It's important to note that no two sides of the face are alike and perfection is our goal, but nothing can be considered as perfect. In this field, "Sisters, not Twins" is universally used.
No sun, sweating, or tanning is allowed prior to or after the procedure for 10 days. If you have a sunburn or tan on your face, you will be required to reschedule your appointment and your booking fee will be forfeited.
It is recommended not to work out or sweat heavily for the first 10 days after the procedure. Sweat contains salt and may cause the treated area to fade prematurely.
A dry heal method will be explained to you for 3-D eyebrows and will be explained in detail on the aftercare page.
Avoid splashing or direct shower water on the treated area for 10 days or until all flaking has fallen away. Nothing should be applied on the treated area during this time, including water, makeup, lotions, or pencils. Blot any body fluids away with a clean tissue or paper towel for the first day. After 10 days, as long as all flaking has fallen away, you may use a gentle cleanser to clean the treated area. Avoid scrubbing the treated area for 1 month.
Avoid taking Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, or Ibuprofen unless medically necessary 48-72 hours prior to your procedure. Tylenol is allowed.
Avoid sleeping on your face during the first 10 days after the procedure.
Retin-A or Retinols should be stopped 7 days prior to your appointment and should not be used for 30 days after the
